Panel was held with the invitation of the Saudi Arabian National Academic Accreditation and Evaluation Center and the Accreditation Director was Dr. Suliman Jubeer. Rauf Denktaş University Rector, Prof. Dr. Hasan Ali Bıçak was appointed as the chairperson. It took 5 days, including the supervise and panel orientation day. In this process, Consultants of the National Quality Authority of Bahrain Prof. Salwa Elekyabi, Saudi Arabian UPM University Vice-Chancellor and Council Member Prof. Elham Mahjoob Hassanain and Director of the University of Bath Center for Governance Prof. Ania Zalewska worked together with Prof. Bıçak.
Gulf College was supervised within the framework of the revised new standards and criteria of the Saudi Arabian National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation (NCAAA). Compliance with over 100 criteria was evaluated, including Mission and Strategic Planning, Governance and Management, Education and Training, Students, Academic and Administrative Staff, Institutional Resources, Research, and Cooperation with the Community. After the task distribution of Prof. Bıçak, the Strategic Plan evaluated the consistency between the mission and vision statement and the goals and targets, whether the targets achieved the annual performance criteria, and how the Strategic Plan was executed by the academic and administrative units.
