Appointed as the chairman of the international panel of experts organized by the invitation of the National Academic Accreditation and Evaluation Center of Saudi Arabia, RDU Rector Prof. Dr. Hasan Ali Bıçak, in the supervision, Dean of the Faculty of Business at California Lutheran University Prof. Dr. Gerhard Apfelthaler, Dean of the Faculty of Business at King Abdul Aziz University Prof. Dr. Najah Hassan Salamah and Director of Taibah University Quality Assurance Board Prof. Dr. Accompanied by Yousif Hassan Ahmed Balola.
Prof. Bıçak has chaired the International Committee of Experts in over 40 institutional and program-based audits on behalf of national and international quality assurance institutions in many countries such as Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Lebanon, Oman, Turkey, Kosovo and Serbia until today.
